CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Domestic Returns:

You may request to return an item after you have received your order. We accept returns for all items purchased online in their original condition with their original receipt and tags still attached. Item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you receive your order to be eligible for a return.

Special Notes:

- Promotional items, discounted items or items purchased during the Mid-Season, End of Season or other sales periods cannot be returned.

- Swimwears, Earrings and Perfume that has been opened or used cannot be returned.

- You must receive your merchandise before requesting an exchange, return or refund.

- We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not in their original condition as detailed above, or those items received after the allotted return period.

International Returns:

We are unable to process international returns directly through our website. However, if you believe an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at contactus@lynaround.com 



HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?


Domestic Returns:

Product returning through the ONLINE CHANNEL

  • For Lyn around ’s account purchase - Log in to your account and click on “My Order”.
  • For Guest purchase - Click at “My Order” below of web page lynaround.com
  • Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button.
  • Fill in the online form and provide us with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.
  • Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your products via post or other delivery services to the address below:

Please send the return package to:

  • After the returned product package is received and inspected you would have a confirmation via email.

International Returns:

We are unable to process international returns directly through our website. However, if you believe an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at contactus@lynaround.com



Product returning through the Lynaround’s Stores

  • Complete the online return submission on website lynaround.com.  
  • For Lyn’s account purchase - Log in to your account and click on “My Order”
  • For Guest purchase - Click at “My Order” below of web page lynaround.com
  • Once you receive a confirmation, then bring the product in its original condition and the receipt from our online store attach with the return order number to drop at the counter in any branches of Lyn around store.
  • Our staff will check the return order number and product  if it matches the return condition. Then the return product will be delivered to Return online address.
  • After our online staff receive information and the return product, then will send the report to you shortly. If you would like to check your product return status,         please email us at contactus@lynaround.com
